How can he accept millions in jewels? I thought there were strict limits on gifts?
It’s against the law for him to keep any gifts he received as President from foreign countries.
Moo can trade her boob belts for the jewels and claim they are the true market value.
Others have said they are destined for his Presidential Library.
I think those are somewhere in the never-never land between public and private.
I went to a function at the Kennedy Library in Boston a few years back. There were a number of gifts to JFK (as President) from the White House, but they were in a secure museum setting.
The memorial library will be a porta-potty with a set of golf clubs in the corner.
