Maybe Comey will avoid going down in history as “Jimmy the Weasel” after all.
Maybe he saw that Obama and Clinton held the cards to avoid justice if he pressed the case earlier (DOJ override, Presidential pardon), so he strategically timed his move to secure Justice in the end.

It seems that the chief H->! investigator who's wife got 100's of thousand$ of Clinton Ca$h for a political run got a promotion. How is that an example of a purge?

This is awful for Clinton, but the alternative may have been worse. It seems to me that the FBI has stepped in and has essentially put a black out on these emails being disclosed. It seems that the DOJ is not forcing a warrant , so it is possible that the FBI action puts these possibly damning beyond belief emails into legal limbo.
And if you are basing your entire argument on secret information you can’t or won’t tell anyone... you can figure out how that looks.
If you’re basing it on speculation from leading statements from former FBI agents... remember, we’ve heard all this stuff before, over and over and over again. None of it is new and none of it came to fruition before.
So why exactly is it different this time?
I lost faith in the FBI after the Whitey Bulger fiasco.

I am not basing anything on what you are all reading. I am basing it on what I know. What we all see in the news is only affirming things to me from revelations from about four months ago.
What is different is on who is pushing Comey this time.
Sounds like the corruption is at the DoIJ, not the FBI.
The FBI has become the WORST investigative organization on the PLANET it has become a JOKE!!! EVERY DAMNED time we have been attacked by a jihadi the FBI had PREVIOUSLY investigated them and CLOSED the case THEN BAM they ATTACKED !!!! I have NO FAITH in this organization NONE!!!!
