I think she forwarded “work” emails to herself and accessed them on a laptop Weiner had access to. That’s a violation right there, but if you assume he had her Yahoo mail password, he also could read those emails. That’s count 2.
But there are two main issues here, one being the content of the emails and criminal acts or not associated with them. That’s going to take a while to sort out.
The bigger point right now is that the very existence of them and the FBI announcement is a serious blow to Hillary’s candidacy and keeping her out of the WH is Job #1.

This underlines Judiciary Chair Sen Grassley's point that Huma Abedin may have been collecting political intelligence gleaned from unsuspecting State Dept officials that was then sold..... for a price.
Recall that Huma was a govt employee at the State Dept. Then Hillary facilitated Huma having several other jobs simultaneously. (a) Huma working for Teneo....the powerhouse company that is purported to be the vehicle foreign entities use to get access to the Clintons. (b) Clinton Foundation employee. (c) State Dept employee.
Sen Grassley wrote in a June 13, 2015 letter:
It appears that one of Abedin’s clients, the Clinton-connected Teneo Strategies, may have been compensating Ms. Abedin for gathering information from US government sources for the purpose of informing investment decisions of her consulting clients - or in other words, political intelligence.
This raises important questions about whether Abedin’s dual role was adequately disclosed to government officials who may have provided her information without realizing that she was being paid by private investors to gather information.
Grassley’s letter recounted:
<><> Abedin allegedly sent or received more than 7,000 emails on her US government account that involved Teneo’s Doug Band, a close confidante and travel companion of the globe-trotting Bill Clinton;
<><> one email exchange involved Teneo’s Doug Band pressuring Abedin to encourage her State Department boss, Hillary Clinton, to facilitate a White House appointment for one of his clients. Judith Rodin, then-president of the Rockefeller Foundation, “donated hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation,” Mr. Band allegedly noted in his email to Ms. Abedin.
<><> email evidence allegedly suggests that Ms. Abedin and another Hillary aide, Cheryl Mills, colluded to find a way to ensure the US govt paid for Ms. Abedin’s travel to and from New York.
<><> multiple allegations received by Sen Grassley’s Judiciary Committee indicated Abedin had actually taken leave during her time as a govt employee, casting doubt on whether Abedin should have received $33,000 in taxpayer money.
Laundering emails/information /secrets
It never made sense why Clinton had her own server until now. It was a
Hop or relay server. If those messages were all forwarded to other domains from Clintonmail.com. If you forward them enough then nobody knows where to look if they are investigating your criminal dealings.
I respectfully disagree on a few points - I don’t believe they were laundering secrets - they were keeping them (pay to play). They were trying to hide from FOIA requests.
Furthermore, these private email addresses have to be featured predominately throughout the Clinton email investigation - she communicated and received communication from these people. It is standard practice at the outset of an investigation to send preservation letters to email providers such as yahoo or google ordering them to retain an image of such data until a court order or warrant is obtained. Was this done in the investigation? If not, they did not follow standard protocol and given that they themselves (the FBI) destroyed some of the devices they must not have followed the rabbit trails. An email is easily tracked from start to finish by it’s address and domain. Did the FBI even look at the email on the yahoo server? I sure hope so, but if not it is defacto proof of what many knowledgeable people have said was a whitewashed investigation.
It is obvious that a whole pile of this stink is now sitting with investigators and a U.S. Attorney’s office far outside of the circle that conducted the “national security” investigation in D.C. Don’t forget - the District of NY is also rumored to have the main “pay for play” investigation and how much of this hidden info plays directly into that?
If she is elected (God forbid) we will be subjected to the most scandal ridden administration in history from the outset. It will be ugly and get uglier fast and in the court of opinion it won’t just be the White House on trial - we are probably headed for Grand Juries (plural) as well as an independent counsel with the most polarized (and least curious) media in our history.

On one hand we are told that there are THOUSANDS of emails to go through and nobody knows what is in them, and perhaps they are all just duplicates of the emails the FBI already has. On the other hand, we are told not single one of these emails were sent or received by Hillary. How can both be true?
It is one thing to have them and not publicize them. I have no doubt that wikileaks has classified emails given the ridiculous setup on non-secure systems employed by Hillary and her inner circle.
However, if you posted them the NSA, CIA, and the full weight of the U.S. government would come down on you from every side. I don’t know that we have seen that yet. Don’t you think the NSA could destroy wikileaks? They have the most powerful computers in the world available to them and they could literally shut down wikileaks just like the disruption of service attack we saw last week.
One guy with a cell phone caught the criminal frozen at 9/11. One overlooked computer has irrefutable evidence of her treason, corruption, lawlessness, abuse of power, conflict of interest, and sale of national security.
Wikileaks has gained credibility by releasing emails slowly. The final releases will be so incredulous that they would not have been believed if released first.
All this compelled Comey to act. Time will tell if this is a correct scenario.

This can’t be true. Statistically impossible. On top of that, we were told there were four devices recovered during the search and two of them belonged to pervert and Huma. Who did the other two belong to? The FBI never found the devices that were “supposedly” destroyed by a hammer did they? What if they were not destroyed? What if they were sitting with the Sexter and the baby the whole time?
The Controled Globaliy/Establishment loving media have not seen the emails the FBI is talking about.

They are just lying. Every response from the Clinton crowd when a scandal first breaks is a lie. Previous examples: all the work related emails were given to the FBI; there was no classified data on the emails; none of the emails were marked classified at the time; etc. Etc..
