The officer, who was on scene investigating a disturbance call, said that he observed Rader with her bra unfastened and topless. Rader then told the officer that she was attempting to Snapchat her boyfriend a picture. Rader told the officer that she was driving back to her dorm after drinking wine at a friend’s house.
The officer also reported that Rader had an opened bottle of wine in the console of the car.

My son graduated from A&M in August and one of his friends is Facebook friends with her. HE wants to talk to his friend about her.
