Here's another must-have accessory for Hillary Clinton supporters: a baby dressed up as the Democratic presidential nominee.

The Halloween costume idea was created by East Bay moms Heather Gibbs and Whitney Moss who photographed the ensemble for their Rookie Moms site filled with parenting tips.

Hillary costumes were popular when I was young, well before Hillary was famous - back when she was best known for being named after Sir Edmund Hillary. They're not as frightening as the real thing (thank God!), but the inspiration is obvious:

Well, considering that the purpose of Halloween is to scare away ghosts and demons on the night before All Saint’s Day, that costume is appropriate.

I have honestly wondered whether a ghost or demon would be frightened of, for example, the tiny princesses who come trick-or-treating. But a Hillary—that is genuinely terrifying.
