That’s a shame because some customers would find another business because they don’t won’t to deal with a muslim. I know I would consider other cleaners.
If customers stop coming, they would have to close anyway
Never fire someone for coming out as gay, for wearing a headscarf, or for any other “protected” action. The only reasons for firing are documented performance or cutbacks. I recommend documenting the performance flaws once you decide to fire, and never mentioning the real reason. Better yet, document poor performance and cut their hours until they quit.
The same is true for hiring. Even if you’re a nice person, and even if you hope honest feedback would help the applicant, never ever tell someone why they were not hired. There are too many parasitic applicants who will find a greedy lawyer if you give them any ammunition at all.

People who play with words (like lawyers and politicians) are not capable of fighting the infusion of Islam into Western Culture.
