Someone said that the closer Election Day looms, the more accurate the poll numbers will be. Apparently, in the end polling companies want to be recognized as the ones that were most accurate in their predictions; it’s a credibility thing for future years’ predictions.
Even with a ridiculous D+0 to D+8 reweighting, IBD, most accurate poll of last 3 elections, has Trump +2. In reality, +8.
