Egypt - almost became Islamist;
Yemen - failed state;
Israel - worst relations ever;
Turkey - going Islamist;
Afghanistan - Taliban resurgant;
Syria - Civil war with Russia & ISIS involved;
Iraq - ISIS & Iran running large parts of the country;
Iran - Now with a Nuclear pathway;
Russia - relations terrible & deterioating;
China - relations deteriorating; etc.
