I’m so glad that you actually received your ballot and that you are the one actually voting for Trump!

Same here. My Greek relatives in New Jersey, lifelong Dems, are all voting Trump. This includes men and women ages 35-75.

Actually, I’ve decided to wrap the ballot in two layers of dark construction paper and will send it certified, return receipt requested.

If you can, walk-in the ballot directly to the county clerk and recorder. I do.

Good on you, sir.
I usually vote early, but will be off this time.
My Wife, her two adult daughters, and myself will be standing in line that day.

Gun owners have wanted to vote the bums out since 2013.

Not a fan of absentee ballots. How do you know they aren’t going to toss it in a circular file?

I’ve decided to send it to my ex-wife (who is a trump fan) to personally deliver it. The ballot is in two envelopes and the ballot itself will be wrapped in aluminum foil (shiny side out). It will be sent in a non-descript brown envelope with a note inside to call me upon receipt. the brown envelope means it will be three envelopes plus foil.

With any luck, it might actually get counted.

Ok. My own experience when showing up to vote in NYC in the 90s when it turned out my (Republican) registration form was missing from those large books so loved by the elderly Democrat women who presided over them. I filled out my absentee while stepping over of at least twenty of them ground into the dirt beneath my feet. It taught me a lesson.

But you, of course, must do what is best for you.

Already sent my ballot in.
I expect the authorities to show up directly after the election to take my guns and me away for re-edumacation.

already voted.

One of the benefits of an absentee ballot is that even if you die, your vote counts legally.

I vote by absentee during mid-terms so automatically received a ballot in the mail this time. Do plan on voting in person and will return paper ballot to the polling place. Do plan on putting a big X on it with the words “VOTED IN PERSON” written across the face.

Happen to personally know the Republican judge and gals working at our local polling place and have gone shooting with most of them on occasion. Fraudulent voters are not tolerated by this particular group of people.

I know someone who voted absentee and they are going to the voting place to make sure their name has been crossed off.
