I hope you were able to find an interesting Beer Bread recipe at King Arthur. There is a web site called “mybestgermanrecipes.com”... they also have Beer Bread recipes. They believe German Beer Bread is best made with Hofbrau beer... interesting!
Have you, or would you consider doing a Low Carb week? If you've already done one, maybe I can search archives.
