There is likely more than one perpetrator in this horrific crime. The suspect’s character, or lack of, would have or should have been known by the mother, the girlfriend. Putting your child in harms way by bringing such a monster into close proximity of vulnerable children under your charge is culpable complicity.

I don’t care how grief-stricken the mother is. She delivered her child to the monster if she willingly entered into the relationship.
