Clinton Campaign Considers Giving Up On Florida. More Swing State Losses To Follow?

While putting on a brave “we won!” face following the first presidential debate, Hillary Clinton and her campaign is facing some very hard truths in the all-important swing state of Florida.

Namely, that Donald Trump is winning there – and winning big.

Concerns have mounted within the Clinton campaign regarding the looming “Florida problem” for several weeks, and most recently, and despite millions in spent advertising targeting the state, Donald Trump’s lead in Florida is now turning into domination.

Internal polling is said to show Trump nearing a remarkable DOUBLE-DIGIT lead in the Sunshine State over the former Obama Secretary of State and for the first time, Team Clinton has to face the very real possibility of curtailing the campaign’s until now, blank check spending habits as Trump begins to challenge Clinton in historically blue states like Michigan and Maine.

Days earlier, the Clinton campaign planned multiple events in Florida, (including still scheduled events by Michelle Obama) hoping to motivate what appears to be disinterested minority voters. And then, just yesterday, Hillary Clinton was a no-show at a planned event in Hollywood, Florida. The campaign gave no public statement regarding Mrs. Clinton’s sudden absence, but perhaps it was the embarrassment of only a handful of supporters showing up and being outnumbered by Trump supporters standing just across the street:

Forced to listen to some CBS radio news breaks today, for the first time in years… Naively, I never dreamed the bias was this bad. News covered ONLY:

- Hillary still up in Michigan and New Hampshire! Thus, she won the debate
- USAToday endorsement of Never-Trump
- Trumps’s tweets about Machado “urging voters to view her sex tape”
- Hillary response to that: “unhinged”
- Trump Foundation being investigated
- Hillary campaign “focusing today” on the Trump-Cuba issue

The bias is truly incredible. All pretense of objectivity is completely gone.

The averages are +14 Democrat slanted.

They are looking at Obama turnout numbers. WILL NOT HAPPEN.

Hillary has very low energy voters.

Black voters also turning against her:

Black and Hispanic men are very anti-woman in power / traditional roles. They won’t vote for a woman to rule over them.

They are pulling out of Ohio AND Florida?????

I would hate to be the one who has to give HilLIARy the news.

But there will be no video - because she does not allow cell phones around her.

I wonder how they manage that? Does someone confiscate them all before you are allowed in her majesty’s presence?

I wish someone had a video recording PEN. Just catch her on ONE of these tirades... that is all it would take.

I heard Hillary is also considering abandoning her plane and is opting for a Vespa scooter.

Other threads are saying that she is giving up on Ohio as well.

In past elections, Florida and Ohio were the tie-breakers.

If you don’t know how downright evil CBS Radio News is, it can be a shock. Long have been the worst. The media has become a self parody but they are the worst. I’m not exaggerating, if Hillary died they would keep reporting her campaign successes.

Is Trump’s DOUBLE-DIGIT lead in Florida only 10 points or could it be 20 or 30 points?

“...despite millions in spent advertising targeting the state, Donald Trump’s lead in Florida is now turning into domination.”

She is finding out that the Presidency can’t be bought. And that means she looses.
I still maintain that on election night, she will conceed before polls start closing west of the Mississippi, because that’s where she has to win, and she’s not going to be able to do it. The MSM network spin machines will have massive “bearing failures” trying to keep from announcing what they all see as inevitable.

A Hillary no show at a rally could mean she was tired or had another seizure. She has not given up on this state since I watched numerous ads from her campaign last night.

This would be excellent news, if true. But it is, at this point, just wishful thinking.

I am in Tallahassee. I still see Bernie bumper stickers and signs. I believe I have seen two Hillary bumper stickers, but no signs. Trump stuff is rare but a Republican hasn’t been elected here since Reconstruction.

I would guess some of the Bernie people will vote for Hillary, but the lack of enthusiasm is palpable.

I am sorry to call BS, but this article is total and utter bullshine. The campaign has no such "internal polling".
