Didn’t work for Whitey Bulger...

Did for Vinny "The Chin", at least for a decade or so.

No. Satan and his minions protect their own. She has no fear of ever being prosecuted. Her payback will not be until she faces the final Judge.

“In 1969, Gigante started feigning mental illness to escape criminal prosecution. He escaped conviction on bribery charges by producing a number of prominent psychiatrists who testified that he was legally insane. The doctors said Gigante had schizophrenia, dementia, psychosis, and other disorders. Gigante allegedly enlisted his mother, and wife to help him in these deceptions.

The government had many psychiatrists examine Vincent including Thomas Gutheil from Harvard University, Donald Klein from Columbia University, William Reid from University of Texas, Wilford Van Gorp from Cornell University, Stanley Portnow from New York University, and Abraham Halpern from New York Medical College. These psychiatrists said that Gigante was neither competent to stand trial nor to be sentenced.

Even when not under indictment, he prepared for inevitable charges (knowing the FBI was watching him). Almost every day he would return from his residence to his mother’s apartment at 225 Sullivan Street in Greenwich Village and emerge dressed in a bathrobe and pajamas or a windbreaker and shabby trousers.

Accompanied by one or two bodyguards, he crossed the street to the Triangle Civic Improvement Association — a dingy storefront club that served as his headquarters — where he played pinochle and held whispered conversations with his associates.[1] Regular visitors to the Triangle included senior Genovese caporegimes Liborio Bellomo, John Ardito, Tino Fiumara, Ernest Muscarella and Daniel Leo.

From Gigante’s 1990 indictment and after his incarceration (in La Tuna, Texas) these men ran the crime family, with all major choices authorized by Gigante from his prison cell.”

If there is a pardon, does the government confiscate the billions in the foundation or does the pardoned get to keep the money?

I think this would be a case for civil forfeiture if there ever was one.

We keep teasing about Hillary and the pickle jar opening.

Doesn’t anybody here think, that the low information types watching that show, were impressed that Hillary opened a pickle jar?????

Doesn’t anybody think that certain people decided to vote for Hillary because she opened a jar of pickles????

sarcasm.........

Here goes, to answer many of the above questions.

Concurrently, a number of things were happening simultaneously, as is the nature of things. Zeitgeist. The 17th Amendment. The rise of Progressivism. Prohibition.

The corruption problem of the day was at the State level. Not that there had not been corruption at the Federal level all along but (and I was not alive at the time so can’t attest personally) I gather that the REAL money and power had shifted from City, Tammany Hall to State, Huey long.

So you have massive State level corruption concurrent with Prohibition empowered mobsters. Say 1930ish. Things got out of hand. Power shifts to the National level. Elliot Ness etc.

So you have a relatively “clean” Fed Gov interceding and reigning in State level corruption. Things percolate along. The State level no longer has the money or power. Those who lust for these things take their efforts to DC. Starting with FDR era. 1950s era sees a collision of multiple interests in DC. The legitamate interests of citizens are smothered in corruption in the Military Industrial Complex, communist Infiltration, straight up criminally corrupt politicians. America heeds the warning of Ike and pushes down the corruption in the Military Industrial complex a bit allowing the flourishing of Communist Infiltration and straight up criminally corrupt politicians and a new player emerges in the 70s. The Rat/Union/media complex which quickly allies and absorbs the Communist Infiltrators who can now step into the sunshine.

The question we have been dealing with for the last couple of decades is, “How do we bring the legitimate interests of the folks (h/t BOR, you a**hole) back into at least some minimal consideration?”. The situation we have had for almost three decades has been utter dominance of only the interests of the Rat/Union/commie/straight up corrupt politician group, with a brief partial reprieve during eight years of Bush.

One might think, well the progression has been City, State, Nation so time and technology would indicate we are ready to take the next step. Global. However, as most of us are aware, this time the corrupt have beat us to the target. Looking for rescue to a Global authority at this juncture is not just foolish but suicidal.

I suspect we are going to have to wrest power from the National level back to a State level. I don’t know exactly what mechanism or avenue can be utilized. Personally I don’t think an Article V Convention can subdue Leviathan. Balkanization is an option. A totally new approach may work. Just as the Feds used RICO to clean up things at the Nation level perhaps States could begin holding straight up corrupt politicians (nobody in mind at the moment but HILLARY CLINTON is a thought) to account. If the Feds could pull something into their jurisdiction if any aspect crossed State lines why can’t a State claim jurisdiction if any aspect of a crime has an impact on that state?

I see a number of potential benefits here. After repealing the 17th Amendment States would re assume their former power. No longer would the decisions in regard to Public Schools be made a thousand miles away but just an hour or so up the road. Same thing with Universities. National media would be less important if the REAL action was at the State Capitol. The cockroaches would immediately begin their exodus of DC, of course and no doubt in 20 to 30 years the process could be repeated, cyclically, I suppose.

She doesn't need to do that, she can buy a Presidential pardon from the Big Zero.

Obama, in my opinion, is up to his eyeballs in the Clinton pay to play scandal. This is who they are all selling their souls out to protect.

I have told my husband the reason for all this is that we allow our rats to live in D.C. out of arms reach. We have technology, make them live in the district and do their pontificating on webcams, televised where we can keep eyes and hands on them. Make their kids go to school with ours and their wives shop with us.

My theory is that Comey is aware of her condition and has offshore accounts full of Clinton cash—I wonder which one had a greater influence. ;-)

Concurrently we could repeal the 16th Amendment. End ALL taxation. Let the Fed Gov PRINT the money it needs. Yes, an end to progressive taxation. Suck it up. The benefit is you get to vote every time you open your wallet. Not just every several years. The Fed Gov would no longer have a handy excuse to root through your business.

Perhaps the Fed Gov could even be pared back to it’s Constitutional limits. Defense, borders, etc. let the States pick everything else up.

Even among us average serfs, women are treated more leniently than men. Hillary has two get-out-of-jail cards - she’s a female(?) and a Democrat.

Hillary Rotten Clinton should be spending the last functional years of her life with her family (such as they are). Despite huge medical issues she can’t resist the ultimate power she craves. She is royally pissed at her health crisis, but continues on in her sick quest for power.

I think she may be going for her power grab (her goal in life to be president), despite obvious major health issues, so she can be America’s First Disabled (Handi-Capable) President, Plus First Woman President. It’s a double win for her, in her feeble mind.

She just needs to not have a collapse in full public view, get elected, and then she’d eventually make the “brave” admission about her disabilities and the libs will fawn all over her and make her a saint for lying to everyone about everything for her entire life.

Judging by her low energy, low number “crowds”, I think Trump will win.

God forbid if the DNC machine can fraud it’s way to a win, but if so, she would be the brave disabled woman president.

She only has to hide it all for a short while longer.

Clinton will be deprived of the one thing she wants. It will be living hell for her being denied that fulfillment. It will be like a death of a thousand cuts except it will be in the millions. I will make my cut come 11/8 and at the same time enjoy voting for a real citizen representative, Donald Trump.
