I would give this the presumption of guilt. They should test the man for marijuana and, if he tests positive, charge the officers with forcing the consumption of a controlled substance under color of authority. Hey, they might say he already had it in his possession. Well, that’s too bad, you shouldn’t have turned your cameras off, because the presumption is that you are guilty because you turned them off.
Shoulds to me like he caught a break, getting to eat it rather be charged with possession.

One gram would have little if any effect unless the weed was cooked. It has to be heated to a certain level (decarboxilated) before it can be psychoactive when eaten?
