What a Paradise NYC has created by passing laws (Propane tanks outlawed for buildings)
nyc.gov ^

Just learned about this propane tank ban last night. Ban them for the law abiding, so that the criminals will blow up city blocks with them and ignore your laws.

I used to go to NYC on a regular basis, now I made myself a vow never to step foot into that cesspool again.

Regulation from NYC website:

Propane Gas Barbecues

For apartment buildings or other residential buildings (called "multiple dwellings" in the Multiple Dwelling Law, it's illegal to store a standard backyard propane barbecue on a balcony, roof deck, roof, rear yard or courtyard.

When Weber grills are outlawed, only outlaws will have Weber grills. Weber grills don’t kill people. People kill people. Really, it’s getting weird here.

Simple, bring it inside where in case of fire or explosion it will be “safer”. You could put it right next to the can of gasoline that is kept in the kitchen.

LOL

I’m not sure what any of this has to do with last night’s terrorist attacks. Unless the poster is proposing open-carry Weber grill laws...

I totally agree.

After living through a propane explosion in an RV, I think they should be banned from RV’s also.

There is a reason propane is on boats...

Please, feel free to carry your Weber grill anywhere you want in Manhattan. Weber Grill Owners Lives Matter.

How about a moment to think about people who got shrapnel in their bodies last night? People who escaped being brutally murdered? That’s all I care about this morning.

Go, Trump, go!

Ba for people who sell propane and propane accessories.

I have a Weber, but only use Charcoal with mesquite and no lighter fluid.

Don’t forget about dumpsters. They are unslightly, they smell, they’re noisy when emptied, and they attract garbage. Now they explode.

Call me callous, but something like 70% of voters in NYC vote dem, even after 9/11, so they are FOR the importing of these islamic savages. As such, I have zero sympathy for them. If you sleep with dogs, do not surprised if you wake up with fleas.

I used to do insurance inspections. A grill on a WOOD deck was a no-no. Out in the yard ... no problem. I don’t see why it would be a problem on a steel fire escape or a deck made from steel grating.

You can’t grill on balconies in NYC. The landlords’ insurance premiums would explode. Neighbors would complain about smoke and smells and more lawsuits would take place. Plus, if one explodes it’s not one home getting firebombed - it’s an entire building.

Now, if you move to Bk’lyn or Queens I have seen grills in the backyard gardens.

NYC is not for everyone and no one is forced to live here. If someone loves to grill on their deck, balcony or backyard, they need to live in the ‘burbs. That’s where my Weber grill resides.

Are you the infamous “george w. bush” freeper who expressed his boredom at all the outcries on 9/12? He didn’t like NYC either.

Your next president will be a tough New Yorker. Get used to it.
