Why do idiots reach for,shot when the cops,tell them to stay still and not make sudden moves?
I mean cops are known to shoot people that are not moving at all. They shoot people having medical emergencies. Good God,they are gonna shoot you if you make sudden moves reaching for something.
Unfortunately, the police are not mind readers.
