In the video I watched, Hillary did make that “I feel great,” or whatever comment. Can this woman also impersonate her speaking voice because it really did sound like Hillary to me?

She is good, but it is hard to imagine how they could have pulled this off. We have an acquaintance that looks as much like Hillary as this lady however so a double is not impossible.

In the top photos, she looks nothing like her IMO.
In that bottom duel photo, she does have a pretty close resemblance.
