Whether an October surprise may have come a month early, it’s too soon to say.
But Hillary Clinton’s weekend health scare already has started to stir speculation about whether Democratic officials should be discussing the possibility of a Plan B, in case they need to hastily arrange for a replacement nominee.
Which raises a basic question: How does that work?
Democratic Party bylaws say the DNC has the power to fill “vacancies in the nominations for the office of the president and vice president” when the national convention is not in session.
Under party rules, the DNC chair – currently Donna Brazile – could call a special meeting, and fill the vacancy by a majority vote of those present.

May as well nominate Angela Davis. Michelle would be destroyed by the first “hot mike” mistake. She gets cut a breaks as FLOTUS that she would never get as the candidate. Besides her spouse used up all the “Get out of Jail Free” cards allotted to that family.
When Dick Nixon’s jig was up, the R.N.C. got together and selected a close friend of Nixon to go tell him it was time to resign for the good of the party and the good of the nation.
It is getting close to that time for the D.N.C. to get together to decide which close friend of the clintoons will tell them it is over.

That is correct. We can easily predict she won’t drop out.
The rest is much harder to predict. The devil works in ways we can’t imagine, and he’s obviously hard at work in this situation.
Doubt it. DNC Leaks are proving that the whole party is massively corrupt. You’d have to find someone like Obama that could distract people from that.
Also, if it’s not Bernie, all the Bernie folks walk. Bernie actually won states.
Some candidates do run to get donations. Pat Buchanan from us taxpayers.
But professional campaign consultants talk others into running so the consultants can get another gravy train. eg Ben Carson.
There were 17 candidates because there were 13 consultant groups who could talk a candidate into running when that candidate had no chance. e.g. Mike Murphy-Jeb Bush.
It will be Joe Biden.
Obama and a lot of demos would love that.
Crazy Joe hasn’t had much time to open his mouth so much so the negatives wouldn’t be that high.
And Joe wouldn’t have much to talk about for a month other than his son that was in the military that has passed away.
Clinton and Obama do not like each other. Hussein would love nothing more than it being Biden.
You mean she’s popular enough to carry the other 8 states?
It impacts the human component of voter fraud. Those who do this may not care, but some will. They may not see it as worth the risk if they don't know who they are voting for. It will be a minimal impact, but there will be an impact.
No impact on the mass manufactured vote, the dead vote and other mechanisms in place. But for those who simply vote multiple times there will be an impact.
No fear of Mooshelle Obama....If Romney were the nominee, she would win, but Trump will actually FIGHT the ugly woman.
Soros may not want her to recover... This may simply be “retirement”. There’s no true, available medical record, we have no idea what they are pumping her full of. For all we know her illness is purely poll driven.
Roger Stone says they’ll dump sick Hillary and run Michelle in her place.
Keep the Obama team in the White House for 8 more years.
People love Michelle and I think she would be the scariest replacement, the media would be over the top, she wouldn’t need to campaign in a single state and the dems would come out in droves to vote for her.
It would be such a transparent South American banana republic move to run Michelle as a sub.
That won’t stop the Rats from doing it, or American Pravda from pushing it.
But, LOL, many would have already cast their votes for Hillary leading to a split vote for the Dems and some unexpected Trump victories. That Early Voting Scam could/would come back to haunt the Obamabots.
