A 70-year-old man in Times Square got more than a dressing down when a nude performer accused him of snapping her photo while she was on a meal break she doused him with coffee and punched him in the eye, police sources said.
The painted naked lady ran off after the Saturday attack, but another nude performer, or desnuda, Tarrah Merill, 18, was charged with felony assault against a person 65 or older because she jumped into the fray and attacked the victim, sources said.

Wait. What? Street performers out in public are upset that someone took their photo? Am I understanding this right?
Yes, those street performers in Times Square are nasty business. In fact, I would recommend staying away from Times Square period. Even for tourists. So many other places in the city are worth seeing and Times Square is a poor representation of NYC.
Here in downtown Vegas, these guys and gals fight eachother for prime real estate. It’s extremely competitive out there.
+1. Just stay away from New York completely.
Actually NYC is a wonderful place to visit. I work here every day and it’s quite safe and so much to do and so much going on. I would just stay away from Times Square. Nothing but an overpriced tourist trap and fraught with scam artists.
Am I to understand that public nudity is legal in New York City, and that taking a picture of such idiocy is NOT?
Can’t a girl take her clothes off in public and prance around in front of everyone without being treated like a piece of meat anymore???? What is this country coming to?
So, uh, Laz . . . are you going to post the photos you shot, or what?
I can hardly remember the old days when men were men and women were LADIES. The feminized world of today certainly doesn’t resemble the world I grew up in when women were respected and there was a reason to respect them.
Is this a special crime? Would it have been OK if the victim was under 65?
+1
Some states have specials pertaining to the elderly.
Thank you... was not aware of that.
