Also note the lighting on the object did not change. Indicating we are seeing the side away from the fireball. If it were behind the rocket, we would see the side illuminated by the fireball and it would get brighter, even if it is a dark object.
I think anybody that thinks that was an attack spends too much time watching stupid TV and needs to get their heads out of paranoid conspiracy zone. Space is hard, rockets fail.

Yes. There seems to lacking a quality component within the organization.
They are approaching launches more like a NASCAR team, than a space flight team.
Let's see if this works, and not have an independent party give a sanity opinion.
It's cheap, but perhaps too much so.
Something come in from the right at a pretty significant speed. It crosses above the rocket and goes off to the left. This ALL happens during 1:11:00. The “bird” is seen crossing the entire field of view in a second.
The “bird my have either been on the lens t give the appearance of moving fast, or it was the fastest crow ever in Florida.
I don’t know what it is. It is just not a bird.
What I do find odd is that the upper stage exploded instead of the primary. For some reason when the lift vehicle went hot, the second stage exploded.
Different devices will get different formats and/or resolutions videos when they go to the same you tube link.
Some avi, some mp4, some flash, some apple format, etc.

It’s one thing for one rocket to have a problem with its upper stage, but two? Check it out. The launch was this past Wednesday on Aug 31 the day before the SpaceX Falcon 9 cato.

Warnings issued to pilots by Chinese authorities indicated the Long March 4C rocket would fly to the south, dropping its first stage stage and payload fairing over central China. Reports from Chinese social media showed parts of the launcher’s first stage and nose cone that fell to the ground in their predicted drop zones.
But the flight apparently never reached orbit.
Western experts suggest something went wrong with the Long March 4C’s upper stage, and the Gaofen 10 satellite did not attain enough speed to enter orbit.

The flame front propagated to the right, then downward on the left.
That is about as good as I can do, (using just my video viewer) and without going to another computer where my video-grab / frame-by-frame video editor is installed...
BTW, I looked closely, and I did not observe any "red dot" -- at least not in the location of the anomaly...
Very difficult without a grassy knoll nearby.
