I think it’s both. If Hillary “wins”, they’ll “uncover” evidence that the Russians *tried* to manipulate the election, and if Trump wins they’ll release “evidence” that purports to show that the Russians actually put him over the line. Either way, Hillary (presumably) ends up in the Oval Office, and gets the war she and her cronies have been talking up for the last year. The best part is that the Dems don’t have to actually try to dink with the actual ballot count this time. All they have to do is come up with convincing “evidence” that shows the Russians stuck their hand into the election.
Come election season it is very easy for even a sane person to get very paranoid. And then again....
Did you notice the administration came out and suggested the feds could help shoulder some burden of the voting stuff?
You know, the states and local govt cant be expected to keep all those nasty hackers out. Let us, the fed gov, take that over, you know to make sure everything is safe and such.

It does become an excuse to say Trump didn’t really win, election null and void, but if they do that, there SHOULD be conservatives rioting in the street.
Trump will lose by a hair in swing states after Homeland Security steals the election for Clinton. With the UN and the moslem brotherhood (Jeh Johnson the potentate of Homeland Security is Moslem brotherhood) overseeing the election, Clinton’s 4 to 1 odds have gotten even larger to win.
