Charles Harder, an attorney for Trump, said in an email that the legal action goes beyond just the Daily Mail and is not limited to the United Kingdom, where the Daily Mail is headquartered.
"Mrs. Trump has placed several news organizations on notice of her legal claims against them, including Daily Mail among others, for making false and defamatory statements about her supposedly having been an “escort” in the 1990s," Harder said in an email. "All such statements are 100% false, highly damaging to her reputation, and personally hurtful. She understands that news media have certain leeway in a presidential campaign, but outright lying about her in this way exceeds all bounds of appropriate news reporting and human decency."

They messed with the wrong woman. It will be duck and cover. It was a very cheap shot intended to detract Donald. He sat down with Melania and encouraged her to FIGHT LIKE HELL!! This suit will wipe the smiles off those jackass faces!! Can you imagine the scorched earth they must now face? FLAME THROWER TIME!!
This is a major problem in our society, to include many parts of the world. The news media has been relieved of having the responsibility to present the news factually and has replaced it with whatever sells papers. The public places a trust in them that they will assist society with factual reporting so the public can react accordingly.
When the media creates lies, on purpose, whether half truths or out and out, they are purposely prostituting themselves out to harm society, for their own gain. Is that nothing more than a terrorist? And it’s the worst kind as they even lie about their existence. They are not your friends, they are the enemy trying to harm you. And this is an example of it. And for those out there that say some neews sources are good, how do you know? It takes a bomb time to tick down.

Notice how Melania Trump says outright that these allegations are “100% false”; not mincing nor parsing words.
Contrast that with other, less respectable females who will immediately say “talk to my lawyer”, as in the case of Michell Fields and that girl who supposedly had sex with T Cruz.
Ms. Trump is telling the truth and has total credibility. The others have near zero credibility.
