About all I can watch these days is Netflix or Amazon. A little bit of Lou Dobbs or Hannity sometimes.
My parents have never had cable but have always watched the evening news. They became so fed-up from the nonstop hate-Trump machine, they’ve turned off the fake-news entirely. They are going into two weeks of tv-propaganda-news fasting.
They fled from a Commmunist country when they were little, and started seeing the same things happening here at least 8 years ago.

Actually, listen to his CT speech last night and that wasn’t the case at all. A bit of policy, but mostly going on his own gut judgment, having lived in CT in the past and knowing how the Dems are destroying the state, to argue for a protest vote against our horrible governor, Malloy.
It was interesting in part because it was so tailored for the state and clearly 100% Trump. Obviously talking to his hard core, and going full negative.
I hope he does go for the state hard, as he said he would. But IMO he also needs to leaven his negative message to his hard-core supporters with more “presidential” and “morning in America” ads and messages for all the soccer moms in the state too.
Fascinating to see how many young, as in under 30, men were there at the rally. A very un-GOP-like crowd in that sense and quite encouraging. This being the wealthy CT ‘burbs, they were young white guys, and I don’t know how they could have taken all the 12-16-18 years of PC propaganda and still have their wits and self-respect about them. But I imagine that is what has made them so hungry for the Trump message. Great to see.
