This was put on a power line across the street a month ago or so. I saw a bucket truck out front, thought they were working on the lines, didn't pay it any mind. Next day this thing was hanging there. I'll post pictures in first post.

Diagonally across the street from me is a church, this is pointed in the general direction of the church, but downward so it doesn't pint actually toward it. More like pointed at the road. I have no idea what it is, got some pictures.
My first thought was maybe a camera, but this doesn't look like any camera I've ever seen. I'm baffled...
