Sure, The Donald got 14 million votes but that means 310 million didn’t vote for him. The president said we need to listen to the voices of the people who didn’t say anything. Or something stupid like that.

Trump's been fund raising for the RNC. He chose a VP to their liking. The only conclusion is that they aren't willing to give up power via the ballot box, and they assume we don't despise them.

What's telling is that most elected Republicans are afraid to stand up to them, even those who aren't nevertrumpers. It tells me they've all jumped through a whole lot of hoops they should not have in order to move up the ladder in the Republican Party.

If a majority of Sanders supporters and disgusted independents don't WAKE UP and vote for Trump, the elite across the political spectrum won't even pretend our votes matter any more. How do we convey this to them, that this is our last chance to not go the way of the EU and other past civilizations?

I address this question to all Freepers, because we have to come up with a plan for what we can do, as individuals, to bring votes to our side. Trump is doing everything he can to save the nation, but what WE need is a grassroots strategy!

Look like non-groovy characters to me.

Asking for and getting are two different things.

Publicizing the asking is just DNC politics to make it look like “Republicans” want to dump Trump when this clearly not what “Republicans” want. DNC is hoping people will post this nonsense on Republican blogs.

Their names need to be kept in front of voters.

Here’s what I want to say about this

In 1944, December in Germany, the 101 Airborne, specifically, Easy Company, were taseked with going into the Ardennes Forest in Belgium.

It was freezing, it was close to Christmas, they’d planned on a quiet month of football and food, they arrived at checkpoint with no equipment, no ammunition, no winter clothing, to a retreating group of infantry

Some lieutenant told their commander, Captain Richard Winters, that where they were headed, into the woods, for an indefinite period of time, that they were going to be surrounded

Cot. Winters said, “We’re paratroopers. We’re supposed to be surrounded.”

I could get 70 people to sign a petition to ban Oxygen.

Don't you realize that Oxygen is one of the main components of one of the greatest killers of all time, di-hydrogen Monoxide?

One of their charges against Trump is that he’s offended muslims. A, being alive as a non-muslim offends muslims. B, Trump offending muslims is a feature, not a bug.

“and they assume we don’t despise them.”

I think they don’t care that we despise them AND that it doesn’t make a difference that that is so.
