Sarajevo made me sad when I saw how war had changed it from a beautiful place to a wasteland.

Weeping over an institution that ended 151 years ago is somewhat like weeping over the outcome of the battle of Cannae where about 60,000 Romans were slain by Hannibal in one afternoon.

I couldn't agree more. Why people waste such energy on an institution built upon deceit and treachery - the confederacy - I'll never know.
