Well then, I think only black taxpayers should fund the blacks only courses. I mean we want to be fa-yer right?

“[College 101] provides an opportunity to assess your purpose for college, assess your study strategies, set college and career goals, examine your values and decision-making skills, and develop an appreciation for diversity,” the course catalog states.”

Except for the “diversity” part, this sounds like the “Introduction to the University” (graded pass/not pass) offered to all incoming freshmen (regardless of race) at UC Berkeley.
