Holy smokes. I don't mean to be dramatic, but I just suffered a major meltdown. I do not know how or why. But I think I may be in trouble. What should I do?

There were too many illegal aliens there with bad colds, perhaps pneumonia, minor injuries and routine medical attention.

did not see a doctor or got any diagnostic attention until 3:30 a.m.
TIAs and strokes usually can't tolerate that sort of delay.

I had an odd dream a few weeks ago. It was so disturbing that I awoke and phoned my Daughter.
I was asleep and a few feet away, a baby was also sleeping in a box. I went over to wrap a small blanket around her as she looked cold.
The blanket did no good so I tried to hold her to me to warm her. I couldn’t as I was cold too.
I immediately knew it was our first daughter who was stillborn. Then it struck me that I was cold too.
Maybe just a bad dream or maybe a premonition. I don’t know.
How can one tell the difference? As to the content. I will hold that close for many more years.
