I had a line supervisor on a factory summer job that used to give all the girls back-rubs - I stopped him from giving me one (took two times to stop him approaching me) - he was fired for sexual harassment later on...probably from someone that didn’t stop him (this was the 80’s).

Yes, I learned to avoid them, you are right. And it is hard to describe how it was inappropriate you just knew. . But ten years later after you’ve worked & signed contracts, ten years is a lot of water over the dam. Jumping on someone else’s bandwagon. She’s not doing herself any favors.
Maybe she’ll say this:

All I need to say.
I worked in nightclubs for a very long time and my rule was always no touching. Boyfriend, best friend, whatever, no touching. I always figured if the customers saw some guy hanging on me they figured it would be ok for them to do the same. They wouldn’t have known we were dating, just saw someone hanging on me. It worked. I never had a problem.
To this day I’m not one for touching. I like my space. Lol
