One good one would be that Condi was Secretary of State and did not come under FBI investigation for extremely reckless handling of classified material.
It would also set up the possibility that Condi could become the first woman President in four or eight years.
Also, what kind of racist, anti-woman candidate would pick a black woman running mate? It would take some explaining. I'm really nervous about the appearance of two old white guys running on the Republican ticket. Racist independent voters won't like it.

The only reason to pick a woman or a minority or a woman/minority is to get votes Trump won’t get on his own. Conservatives will reject Condi because she is fairly liberal and reputedly voted for Obama. Libs demonized her during the Bush years, so she won’t bring in any votes from that quarter. So, FAIL.
He obviously thinks he has that with Gingrich, Pense, and Christie, but wanted one last test drive.
I think that tells us that the VP will be one of those three.
