Somehow the US Supreme Court is not bound by a code of ethics but that does not mean that her comments are anything short of disgraceful and unethical. This is not the first time she has jumped into politics either. She made inappropriate comments in advance of the gay marriage decision and then refused to recuse herself. She maintained ties to a Leftist feminist political group while on the Court... but she gets a pass because she is a woman and the New York Times loves her. Guess what, not any more, because Mr. Trump is unafraid.
The NY Times called her out in an editorial and said what she did was inappropriate.
