In 1970 to 1975, while in the service, all I heard from the blacks was “We gonna kill all the honkies when da Revolution come” meaning 1976. I joined the police force at that time waiting for it. Didn’t happen. But they started killing themselves at that time and haven’t quit yet. And never will.
That was a very interesting article, no surprise there.
I think the author missed an important distinction: US region. When I lived up North my relation to Blacks I did not know was cordial, polite, brief. Living in the South, relations with blacks I don’t know is friendly. I attribute a lot of this to a common culture that includes Christianity.

I worked for the government. Because of affirmative action for women, and blacks, a white man faces a head-wind. He can advance if he perseveres. It may take longer, and he may have to do more, but it is not impossible.
As for the blacks. Many of the trail-blazers were exceptional individuals. They paved the way for the average performers. That’s about when I retired. I don’t know what happened next. Did things stabilize? Or did the exceptional and the average blacks pave the way for the below average? Can’t say.

Kids figure all this out at a young age.
Parents who are smart don’t put their children in communities, institutions or situations controlled or over populated by Blacks. I found that smart blacks operate in the same way. Asians know this. Middle class Hispanics know this.
Politically correct city parents suffer as do their children.
