I can attest to the fact that tech companies have a huge bias in favor of hiring women. The last tech company I was at (a smaller startup) pushed the employees hard to refer women to the company (particularly female engineers) and supplied extra perks to the female employees (through a "women of my-company" membership group they established).
The idea that women are today discriminated against in education and work (particularly tech) is laughable to anyone with open eyes.

What I saw was no Budvar, it was a genuine butt light. I love Czech beer, better than the German, IMO.
My first beer in Ireland was a Black Rock, it happened to be on special in a pub in Limerick. I really enjoyed it, sitting by the Shannon river, with bangers and mash. Made hair grow between your toes. It is a local brew, never have been able to find it, since.
