We cannot know. However, this article presented is nothing more than speculation.

I view Obama as more likely to go full-Mussolini if it looks like Trump will win. The Globalists in both parties will find no fault with any action of Tyranny.

For example, I’d expect Mitch McConnell to say “Let’s not act rashly here. Let’s allow his effort to stay in office for life, to work it’s way through the courts.”
