Pastor's daughter injured in Christmas Eve crash dies

Ogden, N.Y. - The daughter of a local pastor who was in a car hit by a drunk driver on Christmas Eve has died.

According to her father's Facebook page, Gianna Bartolucci passed away following complications after surgery.

Gianna was riding with her father Tony Bartolucci on Christmas Eve to get a tree when they were hit head-on by a drunk driver on Redman Road in Clarkson.

Tony Bartolucci is pastor of Clarkson Community Church in Ogden.

Police said Efrain Lopez-Contreras was drunk when his car veered into the opposite lane, hitting the car carrying the Bartoluccis.

Clarkson, N.Y. - The accusations against an illegal immigrant suspected in a drunken driving crash are raising some questions about immigration policies.

Gates Town Supervisor and Congressional candidate Mark Assini is expressing outrage over the fact that this man had been deported before, and was back in western New York.

Assini says there are a number of cases in our area involving illegal immigrants who have been arrested with prior criminal convictions.

He also has questions: Who was housing Efrain Lopez-Contreras? Where was he employed and how did he get a vehicle? Why was he deported previously?

That poor young lady was just one of the 13-25 people killed every day by an illegal alien. I guess they should be happy to give their lives for the greater goods of diversity, white genocide, and reconquista.

Far more lives would be saved by ‘illegal alien control and deportation of criminals’ than any PERCEIVED benefits of gun control. AND - think of taxpayer money that would be SAVED if we deported hundreds of thousands of criminals who had no legal right to stay in the US.

As to ‘costs’ to give them their day in court ....simple - establish a ‘holding area’ using Sheriff Joseph Arpio’s ‘Tent City’ ....and they can stay incarcerated in the Arizona desert until they get their hearing. If they waive their right to a hearing, they get deported. And they get a 5 year jail sentence if they return! I am sure that if they were kept in a low-cost jail ....those costs would be far less than the cost on society of letting them roam loose and committing crimes.
