So, will I need to turn in my fully automatic J7-OMA once the liberals come for our guns?

You'll put your eye out! On my 7th birthday, I got one of these...I was the happiest kid on the planet! Course, nowadays they would be banned.

I have to admit that was impressive.

Does anyone remember those fully automatic BB guns they used to advertise in the back of comic books back in the 50s?

It would take some one like Arnold The Governator to lug a real one and I bet it would be a field strip nightmare.

I remember the ones from the early 70s called the LARC or something like that, powered by freon canisters.
Way cool fun.

What a great commercial, thanks for posting it.
Can you imagine what one of those would be worth today in pristine condition still in its original packaging?
They must be worth a small fortune on the retro toy collecters market

But back to your question, yes the government wants to confiscate it and throw you in prison and take all your money and property, no matter who gets elected.

Yep, the "M-19A Annihilator". LARC was the manufacturer name. I ripped a big hole in the ozone layer with one of those. ;-)

You might be on to something here.
I in no way do I mean or intend to denigrate cops or their profession because without them civilization would be impossible, but there are those occaisional hardass cops who make their department look bad with the public and cost a lot in legal settlements, but can't be gotten rid of due to civil service/union regulations.
The solution may be found in issuing those kinds of cops a tin badge and the cool toy in that commercial
In my experience, the vast majority of cops are decent regular people just trying to do their job fairly as long as you treat them with respect, even while they're placing you under arrest because you drew their attention and gave them a reason.

I think you're right, it was something like that.
LARC must've been the company that manufactured them.
There must be youtube vids of them, will have to check

You actually had one back then?
Everybody wanted to be on your side in the bb gun wars and if they turned on you, you could pepper 'em good with that!
