I’m trying to figure out if her head is really bobbing like that, or if someone looped a single movement over and over to make it look like that.
If that really happened, then I suspect something very serious is going on neurologically. Other pictures have shown her eyes terribly out of alignment, although they are aligned in pictures taken when she was young.
A neurodegenerative disorder, along with that persistent cough—just for health reasons alone, she should not be elected. Although the fact that she is incompetent and corrupt is a pretty convincing reason she should never be allowed in any position of public trust.

YES, that canned, pseudo surprised look is off the charts grating. She wants it to seem that she has friends and that these friends have a pleasant and cordial history with her. She could be and may very well might be blind as a bat and still do that routine of pretending to see someone she knows and likes. Do they make them any more fake than this? She even gets poor grades for her acting. If she had a real job and in the general workforce, the others in the office would despise her. How anyone wants to vote for this person, whose faults, fakery, and mistakes are legion, is beyond me.
Bill does it too. When he is with her on stage, he points at ‘someone’ and smiles and nudges Hil so she acknowledges them too. Always.

Yes, now that you mention it, I did make a mental note that Bill was clearly acting in pointing out something when there was nothing. Awareness of this Clinton duo act and single person act to manipulate their image needs to get out much more widely about this pretending to spot a phantom friend to make it look to the audience like they have friends who showed up to see them and support them. Saturday Night Live should do a skit on this, with everyone present and watching on TV looking for the phantom person. A contest could be held, sort of like “Where’s Waldo.” It would be a winner and the conceipt could just keep on giving as a stock joke. The SNL Hillary could be asked in a press conference who exactly it was she saw during her last public appearance. If she says she doesn’t remember, that also bodes poorly for fitness for the office.

And the worst of it is, the Hillary sycophant to whom she's pointing will swoon. "She's smiling at me!!!" Doesn't matter that the Beast never met him/her/it before.

And creepy.
Hillary’s real persona has always been so controlled and hidden that she comes across as inhuman. Someone has attempted to teach her to act more naturally. There is a show on body language and the presenter shows numerous clips of Hillary making the same gestures, facial expressions and motions as she points. Seeing her do it once, it looks awkward. Seeing her do it identically over and over at different speeches makes the presenter’s point that she was coached and she was a lousy student.
