What is wrong with Hugh Hewitt?

Posted on 06/09/2016 1:15:57 PM PDT by Rocky Mountain Wild Turkey

So ... Okay.

I am not the biggest fan of Donald Trump. His character is a serious problem for me. And, I don't have to tell y'all what I think, believe, and know about Hillary Clinton, posting on a site like this.

However, I have been listening to Hugh Hewitt in the mornings lately, now that Bill Bennet has retired.

One question: What the hell is wrong with this guy?

Thoughts are always appreciated.....

He’s unprincipled.

He advocates winning by not really standing for anything

The great thing about Trump’s candidacy is that it has shone the spotlight on all the fruadulent conservatives in the GOP, from Congress to talk radio. Had Cruz, Kasich, or another candidate won the nomination it would be business as usual for these globalist, establishment hacks.

Mr. Trump has said publicly some very creepy, overtly sexual things about women ... and even about his own daughter.

He holds MANY non-conservative/traditional opinions in the past, and even today. So, I need to watch (and listen to) him like a hawk to make sure he stay on the straight and narrow.

Yes. He is a business man and "gets things done." However, he has a record of flipping positions to benefit mostly himself. This is okay, if his success trickles down ... which, overall I believe it does and has.

To be fair, he gets all the negative attention and scrutiny. Clinton is getting her b**** massaged by a harlot media that will not call her for what she is: a corrupt, coat-tail riding, carpetbagging criminal who is an enabler of a sexual predator. Again ... don't get me wrong. I'll vote for an "iffy" guy if I have to ... I'm just vetting Trump further in my mind.

However, Hugh Hewitt is sounding like a 'nancy boy' these days ... time to pick a side and fight.

He was found to be just another silver headed, forked tongue, old white guy, afraid he might be thrown off the gravy train like a riding hobo. Like many, once looked up to the skunk, but the smell became so bad and obnoxious just had to give it up. After the ball, the cleaning crew will find many empty masks on the ball room floor; not to mention a very yuge pile of beaten hobos in the corner of the room.

I think this bunch of fools are too stupid to realize that trying to get delegates to go against how their state voted could be problematic for those delegates. This is tyranny within the party as much as democrats and their sycophant bureaucrats bully average hard working citizens. It is good Trump has a 300+ cushion of delegates for the nomination. It would take a lot of folks to wander to make a problem. I hope there are a lot of folks in Ohio who will go to the convention hall in case any mischief does tale root, and that they come ready to fight as this stiff is tyranny, and has to be met head on.

I agree; his increasing involvement with CNN and television in general made him get chummier with the drive-by and lamestream media. That and Donald Trump seem to have caused him to show his true colors once and for all.

It’s not just Hewitt. Michael Medved, Eric Erickson, & Rush have become unlistenable. They’ve gone from never Trump to never listeners.

Conversely, Mike Gallagher has become more listenable.

Also check out Laura Ingraham and (gasp!) Michael Savage.

He likes women. He loves women. Beautiful women. His daughter is gorgeous and he made a JOKE, ok? When you can get back to me with all the women he raped, forced into oral sex, I'll reevaluate my opinion. Until then, I'll remember the guy who lived in my city for 40 years who tried to protect the Central Park Jogger and built our Viet Nam Vets memorial, ok?

he’s either a complete Pr*ck....or he sees Mr. Trump’s $$$ and is angling for a pay-off

but Mr Trump just might be the one guy running who might not deal in payoffs...?

I know Rush has his moments ... but still sense conflict in him.

Those others .... lost beyond our help. They'll need to suffer on their own with any wrath coming their way.

( ... although Medved has the Stage 3 throat cancer ... I'll give him a bit of a pass while he deals with that nasty s***)

Like I said ... it was creepy.

But ... I like your fighting spirit. Keep it focused on HER character, and what SHE has done ... and WHAT she will do .... and WHAT they (the harlot media) have not reported.

Let's not eat our own too much ... especially not in public.

This is my BIGGEST problem with Mr. Hewitt.

What is wrong with Hugh Hewitt?

My best guess is that Hillary is forcing him to work for her or threatening to release what she found in his FBI file from his time in the Reagan administration, some evidence of wrongdoing (my personal guess would be involving bath houses around DC).....

As I have said before, Erick Erickson, Hugh Hewitt, Bill Kristol and their surrogates should leave the United States and make Cuba their home. That way they can get the kind of society they are shooting off their mouths for while they are shooting themselves in the foot.

Those are great shows. I am liking Michael Savage more every day!

I just went to the website of the local station that Hewitt’s show is on. I wanted to complain and request they drop his show. Guess they don’t care about listeners, as there is no place to make a comment. Yeah, that would be KSKY 660AM in Dallas. Bad, guys, bad. I will have to listen again, at least long enough to get a list of his advertisers. Maybe they will accept complaints.

I think Hugh, Medved and their ilk have picked a side, Hillary, to preserve the status quo. They know they can’t come out and say so and continue their careers as professional “conservatives”, so they are coming up with any rationale to justify undermining Trump. There’s just no other explanation that makes sense,
