Cruz is much less intelligent than his marketing pretended, and also much less conservative.
Trump did not attack the judge's ethnicity or nationality, just his bias and corruption (stated or not).
Cruz is a putz, and getting worse with each public statement.

My recollection is that he said the judge was biased because his parents were from Mexico.
