These are the parents of the four-year-old boy whose 15-feet fall into the gorilla exhibit moat in Cincinnati Zoo resulted in the death of 17-year-old silverback gorilla, Harambe.
Seen here for the first time is mother Michelle Gregg, 32, who has four children by father Deonne Dickerson, 36, a man who, Daily Mail Online can disclose, has a lengthy criminal history.
Criminal filings against Dickerson stretch over a decade and include burglary, firearms offences, drug trafficking, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and kidnap.
In 2006 he was sentenced to one year behind bars for a drug trafficking conviction.
But in numerous pictures posted on Dickerson's Facebook site in recent years he appears to have turned his life around to become the proud father of four. Indeed, the majority of his postings to the social media site are updates of his children and his working life.

Good old family virtues.
Well at least the Black Lives Matter folks should be happy.
BWHAHAHA! The Left said the kid was white!
Why are liberals making this gorilla into another Cecil the Lion story????
Do liberals really have so much time on their hands, and such distorted values so to speak, that they have nothing better to do than grieve for an animal???
It’s sad that they shot the gorilla, but he’s a gorilla, he’s an animal, he’s not on the same level as a human being.
I'm confused now.
So with minimal digging, they can find out all about the sinister past of this guy. But the same media can’t use their investigative tools to learn anything about Obama.
Remember when #BlackTwitter made this about race? Just like they always do. They never look at evidence or be happy.
He will be as soon as the Libtards figure out a way to give him the vote.
They should be billed for the full cost of the gorilla.
Eyewitnesses have stated the mother was “distracted” by her mobile phone. She also won’t be making ads for Jenny Craig any time soon.
Why do the parents life have to be dissected in public?
Shooting the gorilla was the correct thing to do. An unknown probability of Gorilla vs Child vs the known probability of a dead Gorilla.
I was curious how long the parents had been married, but the Daily Mail left that information out of the story.
I live in Ohio. This is a huge story because the gorilla was killed. Seriously, this was a tragic accident, that’s it.
The police investigated it, there will be no prosecution. Animal rights activists are protesting. The parents are receiving death threats. It’s so unfair to be judging this couple when it could have happened to any of us.
As all parents and grandparents know, when you have small children, accidents happen in the blink of an eye.
No one wants to see an animal killed BUT I am thankful the gorilla died and not the 3 yr. old child.
Why do the parents life have to be dissected in public?
Because the way our media works, character assassination is an acceptable form of “journalism”. Character assassination may be used to denigrate and devalue the target of the story.
The liberals in the media grieve for this gorilla and have turned this into another Cecil the Lion story. Because they are liberal and feel the parents caused the gorilla’s death, they decided to target every sin or crime ever committed by the parents, to “explain” what led up to that fateful day at the zoo.
They should send them the bill for the cost of a new gorilla.
+1
Sure am glad the race thing turned out as it did, since that eliminated the racism factor, or something.
This country is getting so strange.
Can you imagine the BLM folks now, if it turned out the gorilla did kill the boy.
