Mercado said little about the man her daughter was with during the shooting, other than that he was her daughter's friend.Sure. My teenaged daughters often go out all night with men more than a decade older. Friends, you know.

We had a situation like that here in NJ, Asbury Park, 12 year old girl out on a school night by herself at 10:00pm shot and killed. This is going about ten years. Killer has never been caught.
