She seems to realize her doctored spread of teeth is physically her best feature, so whenever she goes into public mode, she spreads her mouth wide open into a dental panorama, wide enough to charm any dentist.
Opening wide is easier than talking when you’ve gotten an unpredictable, uncontrollable cough. Maybe her frequent hacking cough comes from her gapingly letting in flies, gnats, and small debris.
Sociopaths are very charming when they choose to be.

That is the classic malignant narcissist face. The person in my life who was a malignant narcissist made this face as she deeply inhaled. It was as if she using other people’s emotions as her power source. MN enjoyed putting down underlings (family, associates and staff) and would grin and deeply inhale when a victim became angry or cried. My malignant narcissist was an emotional vampire.
That is the sh$$ eating grin of a malignant narcissist!
