Chinese officials have issued an angry denial following claims the country has been marinating human cadavers, putting them in cans and then selling them in African supermarkets.
The outlandish rumour appears to have been started on Facebook, where a post featuring grisly images, supposedly of human meat being processed, went viral earlier this month.
The post was picked up by Zambia’s Daily Post, among others, which published a report saying: “One cannot deny the possibilities (sic) of this being true since we all know that the Asians are among the largest population in the entire world.
“Since China is so overpopulated to a point where there is no space to spit, what do they do with the dead bodies of the Chinese? Well the answer might be that they are shipping the bodies to Africa in the form of canned meat, and they make a profit during the process.”

China wouldn’t sell prisoners in pieces in supermarkets. They can get far more money selling them in pieces through their hospitals.

This was first noticed when after eating an entire can of meat, they were hungry again in less than 30 minutes

Gerber was wondering why their baby food wasn’t selling in Africa. Of course we all know that they put a picture of a baby on the label.
Well, Africans assume that a picture on the label indicates what the food is made of, so they assumed that the food was actually mashed up babies.

One of my favorite supermarkets in the world is the Pik ‘n Pay in Ezulwini, Swaziland. On mission trips there, I load up on my favorite Simba Crisps (Mrs. H.S. Balls Chutney flavor), the wonderful Cadbury Top Deck chocolate bars, and Coke Light (Diet Coke). I also have a fondness for the Grenadilla Twist sodas, the Grapetizer carbonated drinks, and the Pineapple Fanta.
Its right across the street from the HUGE “U.S. Embassy” complex just completed and across the parking lot from the neighborhood Kentucky Fried Chicken, although we usually hit one of the Nando’s there when we need a quick meal and we are close.
