Because of crap like this we're going to have to digress a little and handle things old school. If a woman has to go to Target for any reason she needs to take her husband with them. When an a-hole acts like this the wife needs to call her husband in to the rest room to kick his ash.she can claim the guy was bein menacing and he was just defending her.

The rights of one half a percent of the population to use whatever bathroom he and or she wants - Si! - the rights of the other ninety-nine and a half percent of the population to feel secure and private in their use of the bathroom - No!.....
I don’t understand people not supervising children in public bathrooms! I hear stories of children being molested in store bathrooms while parents are waiting outside? I always went in with my children and do now with my grand children. Always.
I don’t like the new restroom policies but I still cannot imagine ever letting small children use a public restroom without an adult with them, not waiting outside the door!
A law that prohibits a man from entering a women's restroom to prevent rape is about as effective as a law that prohibits criminals from owning guns to prevent murder.
