So Obama is stealing money form us and giving it to the health insurers. Yet my premiums keep going up and the deductibles get higher.
One step forward and 10 steps back. The DC lawyers have high jacked healthcare and nothing is going to stop it. It is more appropriately labeled a massive increase in welfare.
There hasn’t been any real change in the judiciary, this is just some judge looking out for number-one, because he realizes that Obama’s time is short and he won’t be protected from the next administration.
Duhhhh.....wonder why the Congress never weighed in with some meaningful resistance - like, “Hell no - you spend it when we say you spend it - until then, pound sand (whoever sand is)...”
Supreme Court’s Roberts just had his identity stolen.

It’s not Obama who’s stealing the money.
It’s the people who voted for him twice who laugh at the lie “if you like your doctor you can keep him”.
IMHO
The consent of insurers was a big cornerstone of Obamacare. It would be satisfying to see them hoisted on their own petards, but unfortunately their failure hurts people who are then limited in their choices.
Lower courts have gotten it right before.
It’s John Roberts you have to worry about.
