Pretty much. Due to grade inflation, only a few colleges like Swarthmore and University of Chicago remain rigorous, from what I understand.
Good for her. I hope she remembers this when someone in her family tries to claim that blacks cannot get ahead.
With daddy at her back, I doubt she was in the top half of her class at Sidwell Friends and slacked off.
She probably needs lots of remedial work to avoid being a complete embarrassment at Harvard that even moonbat professors can't cover for, although I doubt she will be taking classes at Northern Virginia Community College for that, it's much too public.
Is it going to take that long to find someone to take tests for her?
Well, my kid decided late...about this time. Of course my kid did not go to Hah-vahd, and I was never the president...so no media interest at all.

When I was a kid, going to Harvard was a big deal. Now, thanks to affirmative action and celebrity status, everybody does it.
My husband graduated from Harvard and interviews applicants as an alumni. I would be very interested to see her extracurricular activities. There are a lot of students with high grades and SAT scores, so to whittle the applicants out they look at extracurricular activities. You have to be an all star at something. When I mean all star- Yo Yo Ma and Bill Gates were in my husbands class.My husband received a very very distinguished award in high school, and that is how he got in. What did Malia do?

To her credit, Malia probably wasn’t allowed to do much. Let’s say she wanted to go on archaeological digs or compete to nationals at a sport. She may not have been allowed, for security reasons. Gotta give her that.
But I do wonder if she stood out academically or only politically. I hope she is smart and capable.

I doubt that, it appears that the Obamas traveled everywhere on our dime. A parent would never hold their child back if they excelled at something. And we all know that Obama was always at golf courses and beaches.
Bushes kids went to UT-Austin.
They're probably paying her to go there so they can brag about having the president's daughter.
I'm sure Obama has plenty of lavish taxpayer funded vacations planed for the family for now through next January.

Wow that is news to me, I did not realize all that money I send to WVU was an unneeded donation.
The point being that it is an Ivy League school, where most of our glorious leaders come from and they are indoctrinated by essentially commissars. They are so much smarter than you or I and they want to tell us how we should live our lives and take our money because we are to stupid to figure out what to do with it.
The country is more hosed up now than anytime that I can remember.
