Facebook is spending millions to keep Mark Zuckerberg alive
At Facebook, security is a top priority — that is, security for CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
The social-networking giant spent more than $5 million last year on bodyguards and other measures to protect Zuckerberg and his growing family, according to a regulatory filing.
The cost to protect Zuckerberg topped $6.2 million in 2014, up from $3.2 million the previous year, according to the filing. In all, the company has shelled out $14.5 million on security for the CEO over the past three years.
Apparently, Zuckerberg presents a much bigger target than rival tech titan Tim Cook. Apple paid $209,151 on security for Cook last year, according to its latest proxy filing.

Any person granted a “Privilege” to “keep and bear arms, without being infringed” shall be prohibited from using that privilege in the defense of others for profit or gain.
Any person violating this law shall be guilty of a Felony, Punishable by a mandatory sentence of not less than 25 years in Prison.
There are NO POLICE OFFICERS or any other person in “Law Enforcement” anywhere in the US, that has a “Duty” to protect the citizenry. The Only “Legal Duty” any Police Officer has,is to the political entity that employs them.
This would eliminate ALL Private Body Guards from carrying guns to protect the elitist ruling class and HOLLYWOOD.
If it is a RIGHT then you can use your gun in defense of others, if it is a “PRIVILEGE” then it is a FELONY TO DO SO.
Pass this law and watch them change their tune overnight.

I’m curious to know whether there have actually been any explicit threats to his life, whether by impromptu attackers or premeditated messages, or is he just paranoid (the guilty flee when no one pursueth etc)?

A waste of money. Anyone who is motivated enough and smart enough can touch Zuckerberg....unless he entirely cloisters himself in some redoubt 24/7/365. He goes to the Facebook Headquarters, doesn’t he?? Is that building entirely secure from IEDs???? Doubt it.
