Well I thought it would be a clickable link. My bad.
Are “Harsh words” listed under the riot control weapons?
remove the period at the end of the url and it works just fine.
It appears that I also need to learn better how to insert clickable links. Whoops.
Are they selling off their excess weapons because of Obama’s downsizing?
No but nasty thoughts are probably a court martial offense in the ROE section.
Great ! /s
Now we need the thought police in one of our most Conservative units who are supposed to "support and defend the Constitution."
And some thought allowing gays and trannys in the military was a good thing to do.
The ROE are rules, imposed by law, that prevent out troops from defending themselves, and are restrictive.
From the table of contents.
Black Hawk UH/HH-60...
For the sake of diversity, the name should be changed to the #BlackLivesMatter Hawk UH/HH-60.
What’s the advantage of the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle over the Bradley, other than not being as fast as the existing tracked vehicle and doesn’t have the turret?
Probably no advantage over the Bradley...its supposed to replace the M113. The M113 has lots of variants, and I assume ‘multi-purpose’ means this new vehicle will come in a lot of different variants as well...command centers, ambulance, etc...but not a fighting vehicle.
I saw something recently which I thought was interesting.
It was an Army film from I guess the 1930s. It showed a line of 6 or 7 general officers shooting/testing M1 Garands. Back then they actually got involved in the testing.
I don’t know. I spent a few years developing technology to detect, track, and kill such vehicles.
I want a howitzer. Dang it, Ma, all the other kids on the block have howitzers...
Thanks
Col. Robert Laurel Smith: In summation, what you have before you is...
Sgt. Fanning: A troop transport that can’t carry troops, a reconnaissance vehicle that’s too conspicuous to do reconnaissance...
Lt. Colonel James Burton: And a quasi-tank that has less armor than a snow-blower, but carries enough ammo to take out half of D.C. THIS is what we’re building?
Wow! Thanks!
Reminds me of the Christmas Wish Book catalogues we used to get in the mail....
