Could have described me except my parents cared enough to send me to Parochial school so I had to wear a jumper (in Texas that’s a dress you wear a shirt under and not a sweater) and shoes and go to church wearing a dress. I remember fighting once over my mother’s insistence that I wear a shirt in the hot Texas summer even though my two best friends, both boys, did not have to. I was probably 4. In other words, I had rules and boundaries.
I was raised it’s ok for four year old girls to show nipple.
