As punishment - they sent him to San Antonio to watch the Grizzlies get humiliated by the Spurs.

Memphis to Texas?

Would have really sucked if it had been the other way around.

I wish either team would humiliate Golden State

They could've sent him to OKC to watch the Thunder humiliate the Mavs.

After the antics of affirmative action pilot Auburn Calloway, Fed Ex pilots aren't too quick to let a stranger near the cockpit.

Really? I live in San Antonio and I’m a die-hard Spurs fan.

Having said that - I find Stephen Curry and the Warriors a top notch quality team. I hope the Spurs win, but I give GSW a great deal of respect.

San Antone, huh? I’m about 50 miles away.

A lot of Texians came from TN, many of them well known, but they rode horses.

Happy San Jancinto Day.

I call BS on this.

Fell asleep. . that I get.

But NOT waking up until about to land. . .no way.

Start, taxi, takeoff is jostling and loud. . and the climb, turns and descents would be enough to wake the dead.

He fell asleep, maybe, then decided he was going to go along for the ride.

I disagree (that he wasn't asleep). My son was in the Navy on an aircraft carrier.

When you sleep under a giant steam catapult and jet fighters landing on the deck, you can sleep through just about anything.

No, it has happened many times before. The take off can be quiet and smooth and these guys work hard so they get dead tired.

I am just glad the seals held and didn’t depressurize.

I'm not much of a basketball fan, but I find it hard that anyone with an open mind, wouldn't also have a great deal of respect for Curry and the Warriors.

Yes, been there myself, but a FedEx union employee. . .not some hard-working young guy underway doing a man’s work to the point of exhaustion. . .and your son is acclimatized to the bang-clang of aircraft operations off a carrier and working gawd-knows how many hours under all sorts of stress and physical labor. . .that is a far cry from a union guy with scheduled breaks loading packages on a stationary jet on some stable ramp. . .yup. . .gonna wake up mighty fast when the cargo door closes, the engines start, the jet rumbles down the ramp, revs-up the engines for take-off roll and subsequent bumps during said take-off roll, and the steep climb after take-off (noise abatement procedures).

Thinking about this, maybe he didn’t wake up . .drugs, perhaps?

“No, it has happened many times before.”

Links?

And what the heck is a guy doing taking a nap on the jet, mid-shift, anyway?

Post 17.

The Rockets will be tied at 55 at the Half, and then go on to lose the Game by 1.

Oh wait, that was last years Game 2 in the Western Conference Finals, and the Spurs were unavailable for comment since they had already been Eliminated.

Rockets did win Game 4 of that Series, and haven’t beat GSW since.
